Walker Elliott has partnered with a fast-growing private group in Fort Worth that is on the hunt for an Accounting Manager . With their rapid expansion, this role offers a clear path to stepping up into an Assistant Controller position. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate quarterly financial close process and quarterly closing accruals/closing entries
• Coordinate annual financial statement audit
• Provide technical accounting guidance when needed
• Provide outside tax firm with necessary workpapers to compile annual tax returns
• Assist with integration of acquisitions
• Provide banking and treasury support
• Assist the Controller with various ad-hoc projects

Requirement:

• BS in Accounting; CPA preferred but not required
• 10+ years of E&P Accounting experience
• Financial Reporting experience
• Worked in industry leading accounting software
• Ability to be on site in the office M-F
