Job Title: Administrative Assistant III – Utility Projects

Pay Rate: 27.09-33.11
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant III to support project teams and leadership within a utility operations environment. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient communication, and accurate documentation across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and SAP. The Admin III will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting project documentation and procurement processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the utility or energy industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SAP for data entry, reporting, and procurement support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Familiarity with document control, invoice processing, and timekeeping systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
