Mach One Air Charters, Inc. is searching for an Administrative Assistant to support the company’s multiple departments.

This semi-entry-level position is responsible for covering the duties of the front office and providing administrative support to all departments.
Position available immediately. This is NOT a remote position. Must report to the office M – F, 8:30 - 5:30
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors
- Answering Phones
- Mailing, copying, filing, preparing shipments via FedEx and UPS
- Data Entry
- Upkeep on office stock (Ordering, daily re-stocking of kitchen supplies, copy paper, Aircraft stock, )
- Light Accounts Payable and receivables
- Expense report preparation
-Office errands as needed
-Office luncheon, party, or meeting setup and clean up
-Purchasing items as needed for all departments
