We are looking for a skilled Amazon E-Commerce Manager to join our team and take charge of all aspects of our Amazon marketplace presence. This role will oversee our Amazon account operations, including advertising, shipping, and managing high-level customer order issues, driving growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Job Description:

As an Amazon E-Commerce Manager at Sleepyhead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our Amazon presence. From overseeing PPC ad campaigns to ensuring smooth fulfillment and handling complex customer order issues, you will be at the forefront of our Amazon strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring Sleepyhead’s success on Amazon, driving sales growth, and maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Account Management: Oversee the entire Amazon account, including inventory management, listings, and compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and optimize Amazon PPC, Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Brands ads to drive targeted traffic, enhance product visibility, and increase sales.
  • Customer Order Support: Manage high-level customer order issues, such as delivery delays, damaged items, and complex returns, ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Shipping and Fulfillment Management: Ensure timely and accurate shipping of orders, monitor FBA inventory levels, and address any shipping issues or delays.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, ad performance, and customer behavior, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and optimize overall account performance.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and Amazon policy changes to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, including PPC campaigns, shipping, and customer support.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC strategies, and fulfillment processes (FBA, FBM).
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize account performance.
  • Customer-Centric: Excellent problem-solving skills for managing and resolving high-level customer order issues effectively.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
