We are looking for a skilled Amazon E-Commerce Manager to join our team and take charge of all aspects of our Amazon marketplace presence. This role will oversee our Amazon account operations, including advertising, shipping, and managing high-level customer order issues, driving growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Job Description:
As an Amazon E-Commerce Manager at Sleepyhead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our Amazon presence. From overseeing PPC ad campaigns to ensuring smooth fulfillment and handling complex customer order issues, you will be at the forefront of our Amazon strategy.
