What’s In It for You
● Average annual salary range: $67000-$77000 (includes base plus regular bonuses).
● Paid Training for 2+ weeks for experienced technicians to learn the company’s processes and protocols.
● Option to work weekends, if desired. Includes Overtime + Bonus.

Skills/Requirements
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Appliance Technician.
● Must have an EPA certification, with sealed systems and high-end appliance experience.
● Knowledge of how to repair specialty brands like SubZero, Viking, Wolf, Bosch, and Thermador.
● Able to repair all major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, dishwashers, stoves, microwave ovens, wall ovens, garbage disposals.
● Clean driving, background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
● Must be able to be at customers’ homes from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
● Arrive to appointments dressed in company attire and looking clean and professional.
● Able to efficiently serve up to 6-8 homeowners per day.
● Care for the truck and handle maintenance as needed to keep it running smoothly. (The company will pay for upkeep, but you need to take it or let the office know.)
● Review appointments for the next day.

To conclude, turnover is low at The Appliance Doctor and two examples of this are that the Parts Manager and Operations Manager have both been with the organization for over 25 years.
