Job Description

Atlantic Corporate Services (“ACS”), a division of Atlantic Retail, is seeking qualified candidates who are interested in building a career in commercial real estate with a focus on corporate real estate advisory services including (but not limited to) lease restructuring, sale leasebacks, tenant representation assignments, property sales, and other brokerage assignments. This is an opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment with an established and growing client base. The Broker will be expected to be comfortable cold calling prospective clients and working in a fast paced environment.

Description:

• Work with current ACS brokers and partners on various client assignments
• Advise retail and supply chain clients on optimal real estate strategies
• Provide analytical support and build presentations for ACS clients
• Develop sales and presentation skills to advise tenant clients
• Establish your own book of business using Atlantic Retail’s platform and industry relationships

Requirements:

• Highly motivated to excel with compensation that is 100% commission based
• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively
• Outgoing personality willing to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere
• Bachelor’s degree
• Georgia Real Estate salesperson or broker license

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working as a broker, leasing agent, support staff, or intern at a commercial real estate brokerage, developer, or landlord
• Business development/sales experience
• Proven experience in phone-related sales such as cold calling or inbound sales
• Established contacts within the real estate industry
