✔ Experience in Executive Search / Recruitment , ideally within Accounting & Finance, CFO, or Private Equity markets
✔ Strong billing track record
✔ Proven ability to develop new business and expand existing client relationships
✔ Leadership mindset , with the ambition to build and scale a practice
