We are a boutique real estate and business litigation firm looking for an Associate Attorney with 7 or more years of experience to join our rapidly growing firm. Our work involves pioneering novel issues and innovative approaches in the cutting-edge field of partition law. Our firm has been recognized as the experts in the field in Newsweek, the LA Business Journal, and as a nominee for the prestigious Vanguard Award from Law.com.

This is a Remote OR Hybrid role. Attorneys may work onsite if desired.

Each attorney receives on-on-one training from seasoned professionals to grow them to their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence;
• Appearing for court and depositions;
• Developing litigation strategies to help clients achieve their goals;
• Reviewing and investigating legal claims;
• Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and clients;
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior attorneys;
• Reporting to firm management.

Qualifications:

• California Bar License
• Strong interest in the firm's practice areas (Real Estate/Business/Civil Litigation)
• Attention to detail
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Commitment to ethical practice
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
• Values high quality work and intellectual curiosity

Location:

Attorneys can work remotely from home, or from a nearby office in Sacramento.
