Bilingual Data Entry Specialist, Part Time

Lewisville, TX 75067

• Hourly: 17/hr.
• Status: Part-time, Exempt, Hybrid for training with a remote option after 60 days
• Reports To: Human Resources Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately input provided English and Spanish data for new products, monthly deals, and weekly promotions into the designated system
• Upload images for all new products, monthly deals, and weekly promotions
• Verify the correct configuration of promotions based on the monthly marketing load sheet
• Ensure all products are accurately added to the shopping cart and checkout process

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in data entry, basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
• Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work efficiently
• Experience working with Shopify is desirable, but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish
