The ACE Agency, a Southern CA based communications agency seeks a part time bookkeeper and executive assistant. The role will combine financial record-keeping with administrative support duties and involve maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll and reconciliations, while also providing administrative assistance to the company CEO including scheduling, managing communications and handling office and human resources tasks.
