The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in the Northern Virginia area. This part-time position offers the opportunity to represent incredible natural and organic brands, engage with shoppers, and make a real impact. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll lead in-store demos, share product stories, and help customers discover their next favorite products—all while showcasing the Shelf Love commitment to quality and care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct fun and engaging in-store product demonstrations.
  • Create genuine connections with customers and store staff.
  • Represent brands with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Share product knowledge and answer questions confidently.
  • Keep demo materials organized and track key insights from each demo.

What You Bring:

  • A positive, outgoing personality and a love for connecting with people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or marketing (a plus, but not required).
  • The ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A passion for natural and organic products!
