The Role: Sales/Brand Ambassador

The Sales/Brand Ambassador is responsible for increasing the number of active paid residential customers within a market through door-to-door interactions. This role supports the sales team and may include opportunities to contribute across multiple dwelling units (MDUs). You will be working outdoors canvassing neighborhoods and attending sales and marketing events to promote the brand and increase sales targets. You will work closely with your team leader and team members, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Champion our mission and values: Spread the word about ZoomOnline’s commitment to exceptional customer service and advanced fiber technology and broadband solutions.
  • Engage with our community: Connect with potential customers, generate sales leads, and share the benefits of our cutting-edge technology.
  • Create buzz: Participate in community events, canvas neighborhoods, and assist the sales team.
  • Build relationships: Foster trust and build lasting connections with our customers and partners.

At a minimum, we’d like you to have:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs.
  • Background check, MVR, and drug test required.

It’s preferred if you have:

  • Proven track record of strong work ethic, ability to navigate ambiguity, and solid communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish.
