Job Posting: Brand & PR Director

Location: On-site at 9731 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV (with occasional off-site events or travel as needed)

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 per year + 12% Annual Bonus (Paid Bi-Annually) + ESOP Opportunities

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM PST + Saturday, 9 AM–2 PM PST

We're seeking a Brand & PR Director to lead and strengthen our external identity and communications across all platforms.

Position Summary

As Brand & PR Director, you will lead the development of brand positioning, communication strategy, and public relations efforts to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This includes managing brand guidelines, refining messaging, overseeing press outreach, and collaborating with creative and operational teams to drive strong brand recognition and community reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategy and positioning across all platforms.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines that ensure consistency across print, digital, social, and environmental branding.
  • Manage public relations activities including press releases, media outreach, brand partnerships, and speaking engagements.
  • Craft high-impact messaging for all stakeholder groups including parents, investors, schools, and the broader community.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure visual and messaging alignment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and local education-related organizations.
  • Track brand health metrics and deliver monthly reporting on visibility, engagement, and sentiment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management and public relations, ideally within education or consumer-facing sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, content strategy, and visual branding.
  • Experience in managing public-facing messaging and media relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in education or youth-focused services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local Las Vegas media and PR ecosystem.
  • Comfortable presenting brand strategy to executive teams and stakeholders.
