Brand Manager – Gelatys

At Gelatys , we’re redefining frozen desserts with bold design, innovative formats, and authentic Italian gelato. From handcrafted gelato pops to indulgent bonbons, we bring the joy of the gelateria to grocery stores and specialty retailers across 20+ U.S. states.
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy, ensuring Gelatys continues to stand out in a competitive market. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute the brand strategy across retail and food service channels
• Manage product launches, packaging design, and brand campaigns from concept to execution
• Lead both digital (online) and traditional (offline) marketing efforts
• Oversee content creation, social media, and email marketing in collaboration with our digital team
• Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and packaging suppliers
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and customer experiences
• Analyze consumer insights, category trends, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and operations to align brand messaging and initiatives
• Lead brand activations, promotions, and trade show participation
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in the CPG or food & beverage sector
• Hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing strategies
• Proven success in managing 360° campaigns and product launches
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design sensibility
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Must be able to work on-site in Miami, FL
