Job Description

Role Overview

As a leader for Tenth Revolution Group Sales, you will establish TRG as a key partner to both existing and new customers of all sizes. You will work to understand the talent challenges our current and potential customers face, and create the correct solution to resolve those challenges. This role encompasses an interesting blend of business development, solution sales, and the management of delivery/ongoing project engagements.

Role Responsibilities

  • Leading the Business Development effort to win high-value clients for Tenth Revolution Group.
  • Building relationships with all the key clients.
  • Developing strategies to grow the client base and implement appropriate sales plans to target prospective organizations.
  • Delivering customized, executive-level presentations outlining our services.
  • Engaging with current and prospective clients to optimize potential.
  • Conducting in-depth needs analysis so we can better understand our clients' business, strategies and processes so we can tailor our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-Level executives and Management to understand requirements and gain market intelligence, obtain referrals, and grow a professional and personal network.
  • Continuously growing relationships with the current customer base by finding additional areas in the business where we can be of value.
  • Acting on leads passed by the Strategic Alliance, field operations and marketing.
  • Responding to tender requests and write compelling proposals to win business.
  • Negotiating terms of business (from both commercial and legal perspectives).
  • Ensuring appropriate handover of established clients to appropriate colleagues.

What we need from you:

  • Substantial business development experience within all sizes of organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the highest level.
  • Proposal, presentation, and tender-writing experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and market knowledge.
  • Customer-centric approach.

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years of high-value business development experience gained from the staffing and recruitment industry or IT sector.
  • Track record of winning mid and large-scale enterprise clients.
  • Experience with negotiating terms and contract with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various models of high-value client engagement in our industry.
  • Expert understanding of delivery best practices and methodology.

Base Range: $48,500-60,000

Includes base and commission, earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance!
