Job Description

We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our team and support manufacturing, construction, and fabrication projects. This role is responsible for creating precise technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to guide production teams. The CAD Drafter will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Interpret and analyze project scope based on architectural or interior design drawings.

✔️ Develop preliminary designs for cost estimation and price analysis.

✔️ Ensure drawings comply with specifications, codes, and industry regulations.

✔️ Create detailed design specifications, technical documentation, and material lists.

✔️ Estimate material usage and production costs.

✔️ Generate accurate drawings for production, manufacturing, and assembly processes.

✔️ Prepare comprehensive documentation packages for clients.

✔️ Track design changes, assess cost implications, and update documentation accordingly.

✔️ Produce technical reports to support production and decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Degree in Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

💻 Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar).

📂 Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
