This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by competent organizational abilities and great attention to detail. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for attracting new prospective students through various channels such as career fairs, open houses, community expos, high school presentations, salon networking, and personal marketing efforts. The candidate will systematically capture, organize, and manage leads using a computer-based customer relationship management (CRM) system.
