Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present purchasing and spend reports, helping to drive strategic sourcing decisions.
• Support RFQ creation, vendor selection, and opportunity identification to build a robust savings and productivity project pipeline.
• Analyze and manage supplier contracts, ensuring quality, service, technology, and value (QSTV) align with business goals.
• Leverage supply market intelligence, pricing models, and supplier performance analysis to enhance category management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address sourcing challenges, drive results, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and systems.

Skills and Experience

• Direct Procurement Expertise: Proven ability to manage spend categories and drive results in alignment with strategic goals.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Experience in resolving supplier issues and maintaining compliance with negotiated contracts.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in preparing spend reports, cost models, and supplier performance analyses.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commodities or services in the chemical or related markets.
