Position Overview:

As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will help clients achieve their fitness goals, build mental resilience, and boost their physical strength. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Prospecting: Build and grow your personal training business through client outreach, phone calls, and floor engagement. Help members on the gym floor and introduce them to personal training services.
• Personal Training: Develop tailored workout plans for clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve both physically and mentally.
• Inspire and Motivate: Lead by example and bring energy to every session, ensuring clients feel supported and encouraged.
• Client Assessments: Regularly evaluate client progress, making adjustments to workout plans to ensure continued success.
• Education: Provide expert advice on fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness to help clients lead healthier lives.
• Safety & Technique: Ensure a safe workout environment by maintaining equipment and teaching proper exercise techniques.
• Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and support.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends and certifications to ensure you’re always offering the best to your clients.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must hold a current personal training certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA).
• Experience: While experience is preferred, we are open to motivated newcomers eager to learn and grow with us.
• Self-Starter: You must be confident and proactive, willing to go outside your comfort zone and take initiative in growing your business.
• Passion for Fitness: A genuine desire to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
• Confidence: Strong belief in your ability to help clients succeed.

Compensation:
