Job Description

The Chief of Staff will drive business strategy and initiatives aimed at elevating this top tier boutique executive search firms’ brand and expanding growth firmwide. This includes responsibility for marketing initiatives that inspire authentic, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients by cultivating quality interactions that result in successful business development.The Chief of Staff will execute and deploy brand building programs including campaigns, and deliverables across various channels ranging from utilizing firm leadership in key speaking engagement opportunities, determining and prioritizing firm leadership attending KOL conference attendance, the creation of market place, value-added webinars, press releases and utilizing various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business goals into compelling marketing strategies for brand development that speaks to strengthening existing client relationships and cultivating new business that is prioritized through market insights.
  • Initiating and spearheading innovative initiatives and campaigns. This includes creating content for outbound channels to target and engage potential clients.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to understand the client and prospect base and make the case for specific marketing programs. This includes content marketing, thought leadership, competitor analysis, ROI reporting, Research, brand management and branding through lead generation.
  • Create, curate and disseminate knowledge and insights for client engagements, white papers to inform pitch preparations, proposals, and strategic initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Innovative brand building & enhancement strategies, smart marketing solutions who understands that strategy is nothing without execution.
  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably with B2B marketing expertise.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communication clearly
  • Sense of humor and passion for their work.

Candidate Must be located in NYC Metro area as position is located there and there is no relocation or remote opportunity.
