Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing internal communications, coordinating with key stakeholders, and providing strategic support to the executive team.

We're calling this a Chief of Staff role, but we'll be honest - this role will involve plenty of office management tasks, from managing company calendars and travel to ensuring the physical space is properly supplied. However, the ideal candidate for this role will also add significant firepower across many aspects of our business, including (but not limited to) client experience, sales operations,

Qualifications

• Strong management and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Specific experience executing a wide range of varied support-related tasks
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is a plus but not a requirement
• Bachelor's degree is required
