Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. This role involves various administrative and clinical tasks to support the chiropractic team and enhance patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatments.
-Conduct consultations for various patient treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Educate patients on treatment options and provide instructions for home care.
- Handle insurance verification and billing processes.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
-Opening and closing procedures including cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, including children.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and an open mind toward holistic healing practices.
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software.
Work Environment:
The Chiropractic Assistant will work in a clinical setting, interacting closely with patients and healthcare professionals. Flexibility in work hours may be required, including potential evenings or weekends.
Current office hours: (subject to change)
Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm
Friday-Saturday 9am-1pm
*Chiropractic assistant expected to be in the office Monday-Friday as a full time employee
Employee Compensation Structure:
Our employees are compensated on an hourly basis, starting at a rate of $16 per hour. As part of our commitment to ongoing professional development, we offer a structured training program that rewards employees for completing training modules.
- Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour.
- Training Incentive: For every training module successfully completed, employees receive a $1.00 increase in their hourly rate.
- Unlimited Potential for Raises: There is no cap on the number of training modules an employee can complete, allowing for continuous increases in pay as they enhance their skills and knowledge.
