The Behavioral Health Client Coordinator will serve to provide general assistance, information, referrals, and scheduling for individuals and families seeking Behavioral Health Services. The Behavioral Health Client Coordinator represents to the community the quality-of-service delivery provided through Behavioral Health Services and thus is required to have interpersonal skills, patience, and a strong ability for problem-solving in crisis or conflict situations. This individual will implement a screening and triage process to assist families in determining the necessary services. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to interact with all levels of office staff, and a wide range of external contacts.
