Clinical Research Coordinator Associate

Contract

Palo Alto, CA

$32 – $37/hour

Clinical Research Coordinator Associate – Join a Leading Research Team!

Have a chance to be part of a TOP research team conducting clinical trials . These studies include a diverse patient population, aiming to improve treatments and uncover lasting cures. This is an incredible opportunity to drive meaningful research and make a lasting impact!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents for site visits
  • Manage budgets in Smartsheet
  • Data entry (into Medrio or other platforms)
  • Chart review to obtain participant vitals, labs, and imaging results
  • Create new Epic MRN #s for participants
  • Assist in identifying potential new participants from screening lists
  • Oversee data collection, organization, reporting, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret research data to support study objectives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with EPIC is preferred
  • Experience with Medrio is preferred
