About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Construction/Project Manager to oversee complex roofing projects from planning through completion. In the industry, this position may also be referred to as a Construction Manager or Roofing Project Manager ; however, our focus is specifically on managing commercial roofing projects—including TPO, EPDM, BUR, metal roofing, and related systems .
This is a hybrid role , combining office-based planning and reporting with hands-on leadership in the field. The right candidate will drive safety, quality, and performance across every project.
What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects — planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Supervise roofing crews, subcontractors, and vendors on active jobsites.
Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are met daily.
Conduct quality inspections to confirm compliance with specs, drawings, and client expectations.
Communicate progress, budgets, and updates with clients and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 3–5+ years of commercial roofing or construction management experience
✅ Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, BUR, metal roofing, and related systems
✅ OSHA safety knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred)
✅ Valid Florida Driver’s License, clean record
✅ Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
