Communications Consultant - Remote

As a Communications Consultant, you will craft compelling communications for events, initiatives, and leadership engagement. You’ll play a key role in creating polished content for emails, presentations, and social media while managing platforms like SharePoint to ensure seamless access to critical resources.

What You’ll Do

• Project Support – Provide communications support for initiatives and select teams including Culture, Awards, new hire roundtables, etc.
• Email and OFT – Draft emails for save the dates, town halls, team events, exec meeting follow-up, meeting recaps etc. and place emails into an OFT with appropriate audiences/aliases.
• Extended LT support – Provide comms support to extended leadership team, as needed.
• Design support – Provide PowerPoint design support for internal presentations.
• Social Media/Digital : Manage the monthly editorial calendar for LinkedIn and Viva Engage. Ensure there is balanced copy that includes event updates/recaps, culture initiatives, key business announcements/moments, customer stories and wins, evergreen items, etc. Draft copy for both channels.
• Events: Support director of comms and project manager developing materials for town halls and internal events.
• SharePoint – Manage the team SharePoint site and regularly update materials while implementing best practices.
• Partner closely with Director of Comms on processes, improvements and overall communications effort across the organization.
• Ensure regular connects with Director of Comms, and written status updates showing progress, status, blockers, asks etc., in a regular cadence.

What You’ll Have

• 3+ years’ experience in managing communications projects.
• Writing and Comms experience.
• Agile, flexible and collaborative.
• Open and curious with ability to ask questions and offer ideas.
• Propose innovations and process improvements.
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required, and ambiguity is constant.
• Positive, can do attitude.

Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience, and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $55 and $60 per hour (based on full-time employment), plus employee benefits.
