Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee onsite construction of modular multi-family construction projects, working closely with the ownership/ development team and modular manufacturing team to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. This position reports to the Director of Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all construction milestones.

· Cross-Functional Coordination: Align project timelines and milestones with DOMO Manufacturing and DOMO Development to ensure seamless project delivery

· Budget Oversight: Establish, manage, and forecast project budgets; monitor job costs to ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

· Procurement & Bidding: Prepare bid packages, solicit subcontractor proposals, and support procurement of materials to meet schedule and quality standards.

· Contract Administration: Review and support the development of subcontractor and vendor agreements to align with project scope, budget, and compliance requirements; Coordinate construction administration with project consultants

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across all DOMO functional groups to ensure project objectives are met.

· Executive Reporting: Provide regular and accurate updates to DOMO Executive Leadership team on project status, risks, and performance metrics.

· Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

· Project Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate project records and documentation in alignment with company standards and reporting requirements.

· Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, concise updates and data presentations during internal and external project meetings.

· Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and produce management reports focused on schedule adherence, cost control, and contract compliance.

· Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all work meets approved plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

· Logistics Coordination: Support procurement activities and logistics planning to keep material deliveries aligned with construction schedules.

· Additional Duties: Execute other tasks as needed to support the successful delivery of DOMO construction projects and achieve key performance objectives.

Qualifications:

· 8–12 years of experience in the construction industry, with direct experience in multi-family housing projects (required).

· Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management in a modular construction environment.

· Proficiency in Procore is a must.

· Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency with additional project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
