Job Description

Contractor, Medical Affairs Operations

Our Waltham based client is looking to add a Medical Affairs Ops Contractor to support contracting, vendor management, and operational processes for the Medical Affairs team. This role ensures compliance, alleviates administrative workload, and enables strategic focus for leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end contracting (vendor onboarding, POs, invoicing).
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement.
  • Support medical budget tracking and HCP engagement compliance.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years biopharma experience (medical affairs/ops/finance).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency; familiarity with clinical research terminology preferred.
