Corporate Associate Attorneys with 3-8 Years Experience (and Minimal Career Moves Will Be Considered)

Location: Throughout Florida and South Florida | Hybrid opportunities available

Our clients are seeking experienced corporate lawyers with a minimum of three years’ experience , preferably with large or medium-sized law firms, and strong credentials in handling complex transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience across corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and/or commercial lending and finance .

Applicants must be barred in, o r willing to sit for, the Florida Bar and must reside in Florida or be open to relocation. None of these positions offer 100% remote work, but most do accommodate a variety of work-from-home preferences on a hybrid basis. 

While a book of business is not required, candidates who do bring an existing client portfolio of $500,000 or more are highly encouraged to apply, as additional opportunities for lateral growth may be available.
