Job Description

Our client, a baby brand, is looking to hire a Creative Director to join the team at their corporate office onsite in Lakewood. Candidates must be able to work onsite full-time.

Job Duties Include:

• Develop and manage a creative team including include hiring, performance management, training, etc.
• Support communication strategies for the brand, products, campaigns, events, retail partners, etc.
• Develop brand campaigns from start to finish including delivery of assets for media launches in coordination with internal and external media teams
• Content creation of photography, video, graphics, ads, packaging, etc.
• Develop a brand voice
• Write relevant copy
• Prioritize day-to-day demands and manage larger projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding expectations

Job Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years of dynamic brand/strategy experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• Must come from a company that sells to Target and Amazon
• CPG experience (industries such as beauty, food/beverage, toys, etc.)
• Experience leading a team and collaborating with other departments within the company
• Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong organizational/time management skills

Salary: $120k - $140k annually
