Location:

REQUIRED: hybrid in Austin, TX Mon-Thurs

Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary yet hands-on Creative Director to lead all creative strategy and visual direction for our nutrition portfolio. This role will set the tone for product and brand campaigns, and will build and manage a small but talented team of creatives. The ideal candidate is someone who not only has a strong vision but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves to design and execute across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative strategy and vision for Bloom’s nutrition product lines.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a small creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Set the conceptual and visual direction for brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across packaging, print, digital, retail displays, and social assets.
  • Roll up your sleeves to design and execute creative work directly when needed.
  • Bring experience working with CPG brands in retail, understanding the nuances of consumer product marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Blendr and AI are a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience in relevant role within a CPG brand
  • Proven track record of leading creative projects from concept to execution
  • Experience in photo and video production
