Seeking Opportunity  

We are seeking a highly motivated Creative Marketing Director, with expertise in Furniture or Home Décor. As a strategic leader you will be responsible for driving innovative marketing initiatives while maintaining a cohesive vision for both owned and licensed brands. This role combines creative expertise with strategic marketing acumen to develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns. In this role collaboration is key with cross-functional teams to grow both B&M and ecommerce and align with the financial, merchandising, and company strategies . 

Position Responsibilities  

• Oversee the development of creative assets across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and traditional marketing platforms 
• Own brand identities, both internal and licensed, maintaining Brand decks and ensuring consistency across digital and print.
• Partner with PD and eCommerce teams to develop comprehensive content strategies that support product launches, promotions, campaigns, copywriting and brand storytelling. 
• Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals 
• Partner and direct external imagery studios for product photography and video. Stay updated on current home décor trends, photography techniques and video production styles to ensure the studio’s work is fresh and relevant.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers 
• Maintain an intimate understanding of the customer and their journey throughout every touchpoint to create impact and build loyalty
• Optimize budget to ensure efficiency and efficacy of all work produced and be accountable for budget reporting to Finance.
• Travel to domestic trade shows as needed . 

Qualifications  

• Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing and creative leadership experience 
• A creative mind to invent innovative concepts and campaigns 
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns 
• Exceptional leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills 
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and design software, Adobe Suite 
• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing strategies 
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
