Bilingual Client Service Representative - Personal Lines (Lafayette, IN):

We are seeking a Bilingual CSR-Personal Lines (English/Spanish) to join our growing team in Lafayette, IN. The Client Service Representative will support our producers and service team while delivering excellent customer service.

How will you affect the business?

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and client interactions
  • Assist with quoting, endorsements, certificates, and contribute to the renewal process
  • Handle client concerns proactively, providing timely resolutions and follow-ups
  • Identify and assess client needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain detailed client records, process customer accounts, and file documents

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of client service experience in Personal Lines Insurance
  • Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within first 60 days)
  • Bilingual - Required (English/Spanish)
  • Agency Management System experience (Applied EPIC or AMS360 Preferred)
