As the Customer Care Account Coordinator, you will join a close-knit, dynamic team dedicated to driving Flokk’s ambitious strategy within the North American market. Your work will contribute to reach our company goals, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the overall success and growth of Flokk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, modify, monitor, and track sales orders from clients
  • Respond to inquiries about order status, product details, pricing, and recommendations
  • Handle high volumes of data entry with precision
  • Validate your own work for accuracy and consistency
  • Recommend seating options and explain specifications clearly to internal and external customers
  • Resolve concerns with forward-thinking customer-first strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely order shipments
  • Support other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B customer service experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
