Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front desk customer service, maintaining high standards in-person, by phone, email, or digital platforms.
• Respond to inquiries, offer program information, and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in-person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Act as a human/social services navigator, supporting program and event operations.
• Use various software, databases, and mapping tools to research, record, and respond to customer and staff needs.
• Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, generating reports, sorting mail, and managing conference room schedules.
• Handle basic cash functions such as petty cash management, deposit creation, and invoice processing.
• Accurately interpret and communicate policies, services, schedules, and program details.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Two years of customer service experience with data entry, 10-key by touch, and basic computer skills.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Bilingual in Spanish
