Alta Medical is looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers, helping to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience at every interaction. You’ll collaborate across departments to uphold our commitment to exceptional service and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support team goals and contribute to process optimization efforts.
• Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and policies.

Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, call center, or related field.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy.
