Job Description

Job responsibilities:

• Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales services to customers through online chat, email, and phone
• Answer customers' questions about products, orders, logistics, etc
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, and promptly follow up on solutions
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure efficient handling of customer issues
• Organize and update FAQs, commonly used templates, and internal process documents based on customer issues

Job requirements:

• Fluent Chinese and English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Clear written English expression, able to handle English emails and communication independently
• Cantonese speakers are preferred
• Patient, with good service awareness and communication skills
• Online customer service experience or relevant Client Server experience is preferred
• Proficient in using common work software and online customer service system
• Strong learning ability, able to quickly become familiar with products and internal processes

Bonus points:

• Experience in Cross-border E-commerce or International Client Server
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining work quality under high pressure
