Customer Service Representative – Make a Real Impact! 🌟

On-site: Costa Mesa

Pay: $22-$27 per hour

Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients—many of whom are elderly or living with physical disabilities. Your role will be essential in supporting their journey to live life to the fullest.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients warmly
• Explain products and services clearly and empathetically
• Schedule sales and installation appointments
• Prepare client-specific information for appointments
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued care
• Support general office operations for a 9-person team
• Assist with warehouse and inventory administration

💡 What We’re Looking For

• A people-first mindset and genuine desire to help those with physical disabilities
• Professional and compassionate communication skills (phone, email, text, in-person)
• Ability to work well in a small, enthusiastic team
• Pleasant demeanor both on the phone and in person

🛠️ Preferred Experience

• 1+ year in customer care or reception
• General office and filing experience
• Warehouse administration (a plus, but not required)
