• Own the Process: Manage customer disputes with precision and speed—no issue left unresolved.
• Track Like a Pro: Monitor shipments, provide real-time updates, and ensure every package gets where it needs to go.
• Tech-Savvy Troubleshooter: Use our advanced systems to track, research, and resolve shipping issues.
• Claims Champion: File and follow up on lost or damaged package claims for UPS and LTL shipments—never let a claim go unanswered.
• Follow-Up Fanatic: Keep customers, sales, and support teams in the loop with timely updates and proactive communication.
• Policy Pro: Stay sharp and stay current on the latest UPS and LTL rules, policies, and procedures.
