Qualifications

Solid Understanding of Standard methodologies in Database architecture

Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data in the context of business requirements or requests

Ability to develop semantic database design for both structured and unstructured data

Flexible and collaborative willing to work in fast paced environment

Strong communications tracking work across teams and systems

Experience in support models triaging incoming requests and tracking to resolution

Coordinate and conduct testing to ensure new systems and processes meet requirements

Process oriented with great documentation skills

Ability to analyze existing data and provide feedback for optimization and improvement

Experience with Snowflake and background in Workday a plus

Description

Support existing data integrations responding to questions and analyzing data quality issues

Assemble complex sets of data that meet nonfunctional and functional business requirements

Creating internal data process improvements that provide greater scalability multifunctional use and additional capability

Work with technical and nontechnical partners to analyze requirements to build solutions to make People data available in a secure and private way

Source data mapping to requirements and subsequent data access
