Join Our Team at Alpha Dental Franklin – Dental Assistant Wanted!

What You’ll Do

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain clinical standards
• Take digital X-rays and impressions (experience preferred)
• Review medical histories and help educate patients on oral health
• Support front-office flow when needed — we’re a team that helps each other
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages

Who You Are

• Experienced in a dental setting (preferred), with strong knowledge of chairside assisting
• Friendly, calm under pressure, and truly patient-oriented
• Reliable, detail-driven, and committed to high-quality standards
• A team player who values collaboration and professionalism
• Radiology certification is a plus
