One of our top client’s is seeking for onsite Desktop Support Technicians to join their team. This position will be onsite to support internal users on any Level 2 needs needed from the end user. Support can vary from re-installing laptops, addings users to AD groups, installing new monitors, changing out hardware, troubleshooting Citrix/ email issues and more. Culture is very impotant to this team as well! Compensation :
$25/hr to $30/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
