Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, the candidate will lead the strategy and execution of key marketing channels, including email marketing, influencer marketing, paid search and social media. The candidate will report to the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Marketing. This is a hybrid role, with most work performed remotely and opportunity for some days in the office.
We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who can help manage the paid media budget and optimize the marketing mix to support company objectives. This individual will be responsible for growing and nurturing the customer base through various acquisition and retention initiatives. A successful candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills. Critical thinking, creative problem solving, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a self-starter mentality will all be required. The candidate should be interested in the fashion/retail industries, be familiar with current trends and be well-versed in ecommerce best practices.
