Job Description

Swoon works directly with a rapidly growing and innovative company in the cannabis industry . We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts, enhance brand presence, and drive digital engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with expertise in digital marketing trends, tools, and tactics.

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid flexibility)

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 base salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, email, and website.
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze data and campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Manage SEO/SEM initiatives and collaborate with agency partners.
  • Oversee social media team and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns for B2B & DTC growth.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience (cannabis industry a plus).
  • 2-3 years of team management experience.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce, HubSpot, Amazon, Etsy).
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design.
  • Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations is a plus.
