The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key driver in executing lead generation strategies for Agentis. This role is focused on delivering high-quality patient leads that convert into new patient appointments and treatments. This digital marketing specialist will have experience in healthcare marketing and will collaborate closely with the internal sales team to drive conversions and meet or exceed patient acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including paid search, social media, SEO, and email marketing) to generate high-quality patient leads for longevity-focused healthcare services.
· Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with patient acquisition goals.
· Collaboration with Sales: Partner directly with internal sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads, track conversion metrics, and adjust marketing strategies based on feedback from the sales team.
· Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring campaigns are run within set limits while striving to exceed lead generation targets.
· Performance Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and overall ROI. Provide regular updates to the CEO and CMO.
· Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in digital healthcare marketing, longevity services, and patient behavior to adjust strategies as necessary.
· Content Creation & Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, patient-focused content that drives engagement and leads. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and values.
· Incentive-Driven Targets: Work within an incentive-based structure, where success is measured by the ability to generate leads at or above budgeted expectations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on multi-site healthcare or medical services preferred.
· Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, including paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, email marketing, and social media.
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong attention to detail and marketing analytics.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
Compensation: This position includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to lead generation and patient conversion metrics.
