We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Communications Designer to support our internal and external communication efforts. This role is critical in enhancing brand visibility, employee engagement, and storytelling through high-quality multimedia content.

About the Role - Design and Multimedia Production: Develop visually compelling digital and print materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, posters, and newsletters, tailored to a logistics/manufacturing audience. Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, animations, and graphics for internal communications, external marketing, and social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates a consistent message.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Multimedia Production: Develop visually compelling digital and print materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, posters, and newsletters, tailored to a logistics/manufacturing audience. Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, animations, and graphics for internal communications, external marketing, and social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates a consistent message.
  • Internal Communications Support: Design and produce materials to support employee engagement, such as training videos, announcements, and workplace campaigns. Collaborate with HR and operations teams to communicate safety, compliance, and productivity initiatives effectively.
  • External Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing assets for client pitches, trade shows, and events. Design and manage visual content for the company website, email campaigns, and digital advertising. Edit and optimize content for various platforms, including social media, ensuring responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, and sales, to understand their communication needs and deliver effective solutions. Provide creative input for corporate campaigns, employee programs, and client-facing initiatives. Stay updated on trends in design, communication tools, and manufacturing logistics to suggest innovative ideas and improvements.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in multimedia design, marketing, or communications, preferably in logistics or manufacturing environments.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
  • Strong video editing and motion graphics skills
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools specific to digital content creation (e.g., Canva, Figma)

Preferred Skills

  • Exceptional creativity with an eye for detail and design consistency
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills to translate technical and operational concepts into engaging visuals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of branding and messaging in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial contexts is a plus
