They offer development services that include the full life cycle of a project as well as advisory, strategic planning, and capacity building services at the organizational level. Scope of Responsibility
Responsible for overseeing and managing the development of affordable housing projects from start to finish, including pre-development, financing, acquisition, construction, and perm conversion projects. The successful candidate will manage relationships with consultants, lenders, and other stakeholders.
