Job Overview

The Director of Janitorial Services will be a subject matter expert in the field of Janitorial services and will have a fundamental role in developing bespoke services, working with internal stakeholders to define, create and implement creative Facilities Management and Janitorial solutions. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations for technical competency, process innovation, cost savings and quality as well as grow our business portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development initiatives with the goal of growing our janitorial services portfolio
  • Engaged in sales activities outside of the office, face-to-face, including, but not limited to, creating relationships with non-Unifi customers and develop a clear, complete understanding of their potential business issues and needs for more than 50% of work time.
  • Identifies key targets from region listing & develops selling & penetration plans using a consultative selling approach to offer Facilities/Cleaning and Breakroom solutions to Airport and Terminal customers.
  • Support the company with bidding, re-bids, and benchmarking to increase department growth
  • Work closely with operational leadership on continuous improvement and business excellence
  • Innovate and improve processes and services for our cleaning teams
  • Training and development
  • Represent the Unifi brand and values when building relationships with our customers
  • Work directly with leaders and key stakeholders within the company

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar function relating to sales and/or facilities management
  • Experience within the aviation industry or in a facilities management role is required
  • Must have strong knowledge of Janitorial services and have a keen eye for improvement
  • Experience with project or program management
  • Must have the ability to work with internal pricing team and build competitive proposals for customer RFPs
  • The ability to travel is a must. Frequent travel will be necessary to be successful in this position.
