Renown Health is seeking a passionate, strategic, and collaborative nursing leader to join our Women's Health team as Director of Nursing at Renown Regional Medical Center . This key leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of women’s health in Northern Nevada while working in a nationally recognized health system dedicated to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.

As the Director of Nursing, you will provide leadership, vision, and operational oversight for a dynamic portfolio that includes:

🔹 Labor & Delivery

🔹 Postpartum

🔹 Antepartum

🔹 OB Emergency Department

🔹 Lactation Services

🔹 Childbirth Education Team

Your leadership will influence every aspect of the patient experience—from quality outcomes and regulatory compliance to team development and strategic growth. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with physicians, hospital leadership, and community partners to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care for women and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Direct the strategic and operational performance of Women’s Health nursing services
• Build a collaborative culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Establish and oversee budgets, patient care standards, and performance goals
• Support and guide clinical teams in providing exceptional, family-centered care
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards
• Actively foster professional development and educational initiatives
• Maintain a hands-on leadership style, including the provision of direct patient care when needed

What You’ll Bring:

• A deep commitment to advancing women’s health and nursing leadership
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in healthcare or business required
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
• Active Nevada RN license (or ability to obtain)
