Essential Functions - Manage appointments and schedules to ensure the correct time frame and assign to the appropriate technician.
- Manage and optimize scheduling and routing to stay ahead.
- Fill routes, prepare, and send reminders to customers.
- Communicate regularly with the inside sales team and branch operations managers.
- Understand each branch's geography, technicians' home locations, and capabilities to schedule accordingly.
- Ensure a high availability of same-day and one-day timeframes for appointments. Reschedule appointments with customers as needed, individually or through the customer service team.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations Managers/Branch Managers to ensure high availability of same-day appointments.
What We Are Looking For - Detail-oriented, hardworking, and reliable.
- Outstanding multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Quick learner, able to work well both in teams and independently.
- Confidence in using technology, particularly PestRoutes, Microsoft, and Google Suites.
Experience/Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites.
